Had a great experience at Bittel Vision Care Center. From the minute you get there, you are made t... o feel welcome. My appointment with Dr. Matthew Bittel was very thorough. When picking out my glasses I got a lot of help from all of the girls there. I'm very pleased with my new glasses! They're beautiful. I'm very happy with the care I got .. so much so that I'm going to make sure that my son makes his next appointment at Bittel Vision Care.

This was the most thorough eye appointment I’ve ever had. The Dr was amazing. All my concerns we... re addressed and more. The lady that helped me picked out glasses was the BEST! She was completely honest with telling me what looked cute and what didn’t. I really appreciated how blunt she was. I will be returning there yearly for sure!

Great experience from start to finish. Great staff - very thorough at every step. Great eye exam -... probably the most thorough exam I've ever had. Great Doctor - Dr. Nault was great at making sure I understood every result and took time to answer questions. Great selection - very nice selection of frame and lens options, all thoroughly explained. Great service - my glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks. Thanks Bittel Vision Care Center!

My kids and I needed a new provider close to home for regular eye exams. We had 3 appointments sched... uled for one evening and all went very well. We saw two different doctors and both were great with my boys and daughter. The ladies in the vision center were also very friendly and helpful, as was the front desk employee. We were able to order new glasses for one of my boys relatively quickly and be on our way. If you’re looking for a place that is kid friendly and not worried about kids being anxious and antsy, this is a good spot for you. Really love the evening availability, as well, since I work and they have school during the day. No complaints. Thank you!
